IMS Instrument Clubs
Islander middle schoolers have a variety of after school clubs they are welcome to join! Thank you Mercer Island Schools Band Boosters for making these opportunities available to our kids.
PERCUSSION CLUB
Middle school percussionists are invited to learn with an artist-in-residence. Our students are fast learners and make huge progress when working with an instrument specialist.
Brian Yarkosky is this year's percussion artist-in-residence working with our middle schoolers. Thank you MISBB for making this possible!
BRASS ATTACK
Our middle school brass musicians can be a part of an after school brass ensemble, bonding with other students, and getting an opportunity to play their instrument after school.
Typically this starts in January.
WILDWOODS
Our middle school woodwind musicians can be a part of an after school club, bonding with other woodwind musicians, and getting an opportunity to play their instrument after school.

6TH GRADE GATOR CLUB
This is especially for 6th graders who want to play more music, play their instrument more, and connect with other 6th grade band students from other classes. And of course, have fun!
